Dear Crazy One

I am sorry that you have a complaint about the DNA Shop shipping prices. The reason for the costs of the shipping are as follows;

1) We need to send through a shipping company to ensure your purchases are delivered to you in a satisfactory state.

2) Because of problems with Customs in different countries we need a courier to be able to facilitate it through the system.

3) Unfortunately the costs from the UK to the USA are far more expensive then from the USA to the UK.


We are constantly looking at ways in which we can send the items cheaper without losing out on customer service. As the shop is just starting up we hope that we can update and improve various aspects, one issue being lowering of shipping costs.
