When I first read the RD books I thought "What a ripoff of HGTTG", but I have to say that RD grew on me. I like the TV series but think the books are superior (usually the case). The HGTTG series was very good - especially the voice of the guide, the perfect combination of relaxed condescension (sp ?) and earnestness. The "computer" graphics are pretty good too (considering they were hand drawn). <Prev Next>
