I don't remember exactly, I'm afraid. It was Graham Chapman and Barry Cryer who first played it to me, and then when I came to do that radio program, when the Earth was young, someone at the BBC (don't remember who) said 'Oh yes, that's quite well known, I can find that for you.'

Your best bet, I think, is just to call BBC radio and ask for the duty office. They're usually quite helpful, and even though they won't remotely know the answer themselves, they'll be able to start you off on the paper chase. If you track it down please let me know - I'd love to hear it again.
