I think a vote for Ralph Nader is important not just because he is running for the Green party but because it is beyond long enough that America needs a third party system. I really don't know if it will ever happen. I realize there are a lot of voters out there who actually like Bush and vote Republican for him, but I also think there must be a lot of sensible Republicans who were extremely annoyed by the way Bush was nominated over McKain -- a Republican I would even vote for!

This two party system is extremely archaic and it doesn't do a very good job of representing 300 million citizens. I like the idea of a system where when a party gets enough votes it gets a certain number of seats in parliament.
