DNA's work rules all! To me it doesn't matter if his grammatic conventions are spot on or all over the shop - he tells a mean story that will always be a pleasure to read no matter how many times you read it and to me thats the most important thing.
If there's anyone in the world that i feel sorry for, its the person that cannot read for pleasure for fear of anylising everything - thats the problem with the way english literature is taught, youre encouraged to pick up on all manner of conventions and this distracts your attention from the book itself.
for the record - DOuglas, i salute you! to me your work is immaculate!
