I didn't think chucky coined the frase, tho I must admit I didn't remember it from the Dirk books. cool.

here's what I know about it;

on the Fight Club DVD, on the Chuck Palahniuk commentary, about an hour 24 minutes into the film, right after Pitt says

"You're not how much money you have in the bank.
You're not the car you drive.
You're not the contents of your wallet.
You're not your fucking khakis.
You're the all-singing, all-dancing crap of the world."

chuck says

"That's carson's line.
My friend Carson, he's German, and he described everything as "All-singing, all dancing" for a long time."

does anyone know any other place this frase is used, besides the dirk books and fight club?
