Find out who the agents or publishers of books you particularly like are, and send them copies of your MS. Be prepared for multiple rejections, but keep going.

Don't send copies to other authors. The honest truth is that nobody actually wants to read unsolicited manuscripts. However, in the case of agents or publishers, it's their job
