DNA has lived in Islington for years. His old home in St Albans Place is mentioned in So Long... and Dirk Gently's... (it still had the pulley over the first floor door). He doesn't live there anymore and people might not appreciate DNA fans crowding outside.

I don't know if he has moved to California yet.
