I was also a member of the Thompson Twins during the early 1980s and have a recording studio in London. I read today in the Sunday Times that Douglas Adams is moving with his family to Santa Barbara. I will be moving there with my family in February next year and we will be spending the whole of August there this year. I would be delighted if I could hook up with Mr Adams during August and wondered if you could pass this message on. If he is free for lunch or diner we could perhaps arrange something - I think we have a lot in common; in fact it's amazing we haven't already bumped into each other in London.
