( 2 of 5 ) Posted by Chevy Lumina ...being "from Betelgeuse", after all (my CHARACTER, not the real me, I'm not THAT far gone...), I don't get sarcasm unless I'm REALLY concentrating. What I'm clumsily trying to say is that I took those comments about being a _good_ actor at face value! They didn't strike me as insults at all. I thought it was just a sort of cheeky, perky kind of way of needling a friend, someone you actually do like, in a lighthearted way. Sort of "Go, Simon! YOU can do it!" Ya know, _cheering on_ like at a sports event, just for fun. Not to put any words in Mr. Adams' mouth.
