What I'd like to know, now that the game has finally shipped for the Mac, is when I can actually get hold of a copy.

This forum might not be the best place, but I seem to be hitting brick walls and receiving no guidance.

As soon as I read that the Mac version had shipped, I placed an order for it on shop.starshiptitanic.com. My money has been gleefully debited from my credit, but so far I have received no confirmation that my order is actually being processed. Additionally, my two emails requesting information about my order have been duly ignored. Needless to say, a bit disappointing...

Anyone else have any luck, or know where I can turn for more guidance?
