Speaking of HHG soundtracks, I've been trying to get in contact with Paddy Kingsland or someone at the BBC about the possibility of obtaining the music soundtrack to the HHG television series... Whether it be a one-off license fee for a personal copy or info/encouragement for releasing it for sale on the Internet.

I'm not sure if Mr. Adams can give me any pointers on the possibility of such a transaction, but I've started to run out of venues for the enquiry. I did notice, however, that in the Making Of video, there is at least one scene where the voice-over is not present in order to make room for an interview to be heard, which points to the possibility of voice-less recordings existing somewhere.

Would anyone else be interested in this?

Any info _by email_ would be greatly appreciated.

Also on the topic of the soundtrack, it would be interesting to use a brief clip of "Calling Occupants of Interplanetary Craft" by Klaatu just before the Vogons' arrival. :) (Not the Carpenters' cover version, however, because it may be too cliche).
