Of course they can all be wrong. The truth is only what we make of it; if we've been told that X person is at Y place, and we are asked if X person is at Z place, you would say, "No, he's at Y".
Even if he was at Z place, it would not be a lie, for you would not have lied in this case.
But is it the truth?
