I must first apologise to all that knew and loved him, as my sense of loss cannot be even the palest shadow of yours.

I knew the man only through his work, and it has been a part of my life since first picking up a copy of The Guide accidently left behind in an Australian Laundrette. All his work has given me a lot that is hard to describe.

This has come as a great shock to me, I was hoping he would continue to give insights into life as long as I lived.

It is enough for an Atheist to hope that there is a heaven.
I sincerly hope that now you have the answers to all those questions.
