Douglas has touched my life forever.

His books are what I think of when life get's tough. I found Douglas Adams in grade 12, read the books with great joy and stuck the words, "Don't Panic" on my calculator to get myself through my terrible grade 12 exams. The next year the ABC played the radio series and I woke up at 5 am every day to listen to it and tape it (a feat I couldn't manage to attend lectures).... I now own everything of Douglas Adams I can get my hands on and it means so much. He will always be one of my most favourite authors.

Condolences to his wife and daughter.

So long, Douglas, and thanks for all the fish.
