Listening to the radio series as a child, laughing at the jokes and marvelling at the insane inventiveness... poring over the books until I could quote huge chunks from memory... ten of us huddling round two copies of the radio scripts for an impromptu read-through/performance in the sixth form common room... tearing my hair out as the Babel Fish was snatched from my grasp by a pesky little cleaning droid...
