I didn't realize they actually held elections in Canada. For some reason, I always had the picture of a more humane society in my head. I thought, perhaps, the Prime Minister was chosen in a friendlier fashion, like say, a national bake-off. Regardless, while I agree with the overall truth of the statement that a vote for Nader is one less for Gore, I have to contend that a vote for Gore is also a vote for Bush. We have surpassed the point of ridiculousness and anyone who believes that the democracy we were taught about in school is in practice today, needs to stay away from shifty bridge salesmen. We need to make a stand and say, "No thanks", to the government forced upon us. As a certain former band once asked, "What better place than here, what better time than now?" Thank you.
